What data does Alfred access?

Only the project information you connect — the emails, messages, documents, and files flowing through your job. Alfred reads what you give it to do the work, and nothing else.

Do you use my data to train AI?

No. Your data is never used to train any model — ours or our providers’. We require our AI providers to operate under no-training, zero-retention terms, so your information is only ever used to do the work on your project.

Who can see my project's information?

Only the people you authorize, each limited to what their role requires — and Alfred itself only ever shares with a person what they're cleared to see. Internally, access follows least-privilege, and every access is logged.

Can I delete my data?

Yes. You can request deletion at any time and we remove it. You also control retention — you decide how long Alfred keeps information on your project.

Where is my data stored?

Your data is hosted on Google Cloud, encrypted in transit and at rest.
